REGULAR SESSION:

1.      Report on Progress of Mormon Springs Vertical Well.

2.      Report on Progress of New 1 MG Chamois Storage Facility, Pump Station and Appurtenances.

3.      Report on Progress of Main Replacement Program - Dart Canyon Road. 

4.       Progress Report on Future Well Sites. 

5.      Adopt Resolution No. 319, Determining the Appropriation Limitation for Fiscal Year 2000-2001. 

6.      Adopt Resolution No. 320, Adopting a Flexible Benefits Plan. 

CLOSED SESSION:

1.    CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION.  Pursuant to subdivision (a) of   Section 54956.9.  Gable vs. County of San Bernardino (San Bernardino Superior Court Case No. SCV 39629).
