Job Descriptions

2016 Pay Ranges

Regular full-time employees are normally paid 2,080 hours, including holidays and vacation, per year plus overtime. Following are the current pay ranges by position. Hourly rates are found in the Hourly Salary Schedule.

  • General Manager (Exempt) - Set by Board of Directors, currently $169,288 annually.

    Assistant Manager (Exempt - Pay Range No. 2)

  • Office Manager (Exempt - Pay Range No. 28-42)

  • Field Supervisor (Exempt - Pay Range No. 24-38)

  • Lead Field Personnel (Pay Range No. 24-31)

  • Serviceman (Pay Range No. 10-22)

  • Field Help (Seasonal; Pay Range No. 1-20)

  • Customer Service Representatives (Pay Range No. 7-21)

  • Office Clerk (Part-time; Pay Range No. 1-20)
